I made a tutorial for animation ripping complete with pictures, and I also included the 4 programs I use. I didn't include Flash because it's a large file size and I figured most people would prefer to make gifs anyway.

Mediafire seems to have blocked it immediately. I have a Mega link for it and everyone will just have to accept that. It's getting hard to find a good upload service. Mega is great though, with very fast download times with none of the bullshit.
